» londonlizzo - What the arts can teach.....

I am starting out on a long journey in post graduate study in London. I am keen to explore the benefits that the arts can bring to business -- completely turning the arts sponsorship/workshop bolt-on activity agenda around. As Professor Eisner discusses what the arts can teach students in preparation for life after graduation -- I am keen to explore the life-long learning agenda with businesses as an incubaor for the arts to live and flourish and inspire the non-cultural industries.

Would anyone like to discuss?

Many thanks,

Londonlizzo

Hello,
I didn't see this here!
I received your email and thought you had meant to carry on an email discussion.
"the benefits that the arts can bring to business" can you clarify a little for me what you mean? Murals in cafe's? or performance. Just what were you targeting?
"the life-long learning agenda with businesses as an incubaor for the arts to live and flourish and inspire the non-cultural industries."
So do you mean something like enuring the mind is open and fluid instead of becoming more narrow by the day.
Do you mean businesses critiquing themselves from within in artistc modalities.
I just need a little more to grip onto to be able to discuss,
Jo
